These boots have a Land Rover’s worth of built-in support to keep you going all day and their lightweight construction keeps feet cool and comfortable. I wear size 11 1/2 Red Wings and a size 13D running shoe. I talked with customer service and they were very helpful. I ordered two different sizes because I didn’t want to wait in case I had to return the first pair of boots. I order a size 11 1/2D and a size 12d. The 11 1/2D was a little tight and the 12D fit great. It actually fits better than an 11 1/2D Red wing on my foot. The fit in length and width was perfect for me. The boots feel better every time I wear them and they mold more toward my feet. I wouldn’t even say there was any break in time. They were felt good from the start.
Customer service is knowledgable and excellent to deal with, both by email and calling. I had no issues sending pair the pair of boots that didn’t fit me and my CC was promptly refunded. I would say to call if you have specific questions with fit. They helped me through some fit and sizing questions I had about the boots. Gokey is an excellent USA company to buy from and the quality of the boots are very fair for the price. I will be a repeat customer.

The top or rim of the boot should have a little padding to accommodate smaller ankle size.

These boots fit like a glove right out of the box. I was pleasantly surprised by how light and airy the soles feel, almost springy. It sounds funny, but they make my steps so quiet that I feel like a puma moving around. I was initially unsure about the lace loop after the speed hook, but once I threaded the laces through, I realized the traditional eyelets really help lock in my heel and keep everything secure. Definitely follow the sizing guidance, it makes a big difference. Also, shipping was fast and completely hassle-free.

The quality is exceptional. The fit not so much. I bought the EE and when I received the boots, were still narrow. I wish the bootmaker remembered the in the USA, we have large, wide feet.
